We are producing a completely customized watch. The pre-order deposit helps us meet production deposits we make to our manufacturers. Once we make our production deposit, it is very difficult for us to refund orders.

When you commit to purchase, please realize we are making a production commitment as well. On a limited basis we can provide refunds. If you do request a refund, please help us by having a potential replacement for your commitment.

We do not have access to your credit card details. The details are encrypted, vaulted and secured by Shopify Payments Gateway. If you need to update credit card information we can send you an automated, timed link generated by Shopify Payments Gateway to update your information.

mechanical movements and is a part of the Fossil Group.

La Joux-Perret

La Joux-Perret, formerly
Jaquet-Baume, is a high-end movement manufacturer supplying calibers to
brands within and beyond the Citizen Group. They are known for their
versatile and high-quality movements.

ISA Timepieces Swiss SA

ISA Timepieces Swiss SA is an
independent manufacturer of watch movements, focusing on tradition,
intelligence, and innovation to deliver quality products at competitive
prices.

Sellita

Founded in 1950, Sellita is a
renowned Swiss manufacturer specializing in the assembly and design of mechanical movements. They are a vital pillar of the Swiss watchmaking
industry.

Soprod

Soprod is a Swiss movement
manufacturer known for producing ETA compatible movements. They have a rich history of making high-quality watch parts and movements

We will also be evaluating assembly facilities located both in and outside Switzerland. Given the current economic and trade environment, we are assessing assembly facilities in the U.S., including our facilities in Austin, Texas. Regardless of which final assembly facility we select, our components manufacturing will remain the same, and we will continue to uphold the highest quality standards.

SEAHOLM Watches are automatic watches.

Unlike a quartz watch that is a simple electrical circuit on a plastic base,
mechanical watches use a complex collection of springs and gears, machined to tolerances in the microns, to keep accurate time within a few seconds a day. An
automatic watch is a fine-tuned machine combining artistic craftsmanship and
technical precision.

Our watches are not mass-produced but still machined, detailed and assembled
by technicians who train for years to work with these specific types of
watches.

Given the intricacies, watches can take 120 days to sometimes up to 180 days to produce. We give you our best delivery date but as we get closer to the end of
production those estimates can change. We will provide updates on any delivery
changes as soon as we have them.

BRACELET SIZING

We recommend having a local watch repair/jeweler size your new watch. They can do it while you wait for a nominal charge, if any. They can get the exact fit you want.  Some like their bracelet fit tighter, some prefer looser.

Our stainless steel bracelet comes sized to 8". If you require additional links please let us know and we can include them.
