To ensure your warranty and service benefits, please register your serial number whether you purchase a new or previously owned SEAHOLM timepiece.
SEAHOLM watches are backed by a comprehensive 3-year warranty from the original date of purchase. If your watch does not perform to your satisfaction, we will evaluate it and replace it or repair, it for free.
The three-year warranty extends to the case, sapphire crystal and stainless-steel bracelet. NATO straps are not covered under the warranty.
The warranty is transferable and not limited to the original owner. The warranty begins on the original date of purchase and ends three years from that date regardless of ownership.
The SEAHOLM warranty includes a 5-year complimentary service The service includes but is not limited to:
Revision of the movement (Clean/Oil/Adjust )
Case and bracelet cleaning and repair
Replacement of seals, gaskets, crown and pushers
At SEAHOLM, we measure service and repair time in hours and days, not weeks and months. While service and repair times can vary greatly by issue, our service centers are based locally insuring work begins quickly and is overseen personally by our staff.
Your SEAHOLM Serial Number is printed on the front of your warranty card. If you do not have the card, the serial number is engraved between the lugs at the 6:00 position. Please see the SEAHOLM Serial Number Guide to help you locate the number.
