If it’s a SEAHOLM watch, we will repair and service it for the life of the watch.

No registration. No warranty card. No time limit.

Our warranty is simple by design:

  • Covers the entire watch — not just the movement
  • Applies for the life of the watch
  • No registration required
  • Fully transferable between owners
  • All service handled by our team

When your watch comes in, we don’t just fix the reported issue. We inspect and service the watch as a whole—addressing anything that needs attention.


Why We Do This

SEAHOLM watches are engineered for long-term reliability.

They are designed to withstand shock, magnetism, and water exposure beyond standard requirements, ensuring durable performance over time.

Because of this, traditional service intervals are rarely needed—and when service is required, it is typically minimal.

What It Covers

  • Mechanical and functional repairs
  • Movement regulation and adjustments
  • Replacement of worn internal components
  • Case and bracelet service (when required)
  • Gaskets, seals, and water-resistance maintenance

What It Does Not Cover

  • Loss or theft
  • Normal cosmetic wear (scratches, dents)
  • Misuse or unauthorized modification
  • Third-party repairs or non-SEAHOLM parts

Shipping & Service Fee

$65 flat service fee per repair request

  • Insured shipping to our service facility
  • Insured return shipping
  • Handling and intake

No additional charges for covered repairs.
